We have owned this home at 1412 N. Waterloo for six years now. We love our home because it is very warm and inviting. It allows for our family to be close, and we love the walkout basement – it’s great for entertaining! We started our family here; it’s been a perfect home for us.This location is great because it’s so close to all the restaurants, shopping and parks. It’s a very quiet location, yet we can be downtown in minutes. We are selling because our family is growing and we need to find a home with more space for our growing children. Continue Reading →

I have always loved the layout of this home. It has stairs, but you don’t have to tackle so many at once. The rooms are big. The backyard is beautiful. In the summer you can’t see anything behind as the trees provide natural fencing. I have developed a little park in the back with a fire pit and pergola. It makes me feel like I’m in the country. I can sit back in that area and feel like no one can see. It’s very peaceful. It is a wonderful place for children and/or pets. The fenced back yard sold me.

“Dear Home Buyer,
I bought this home about a year and a half ago and have really loved living here. One of the reasons I love this home is the neighborhood. It is close to a lot of great restaurants, shopping, and the highway. After looking at many homes in the area, I fell in love with this one because of its open floor plan, and its low maintenance features. I love the enclosed porch, and all the closet room in the bedrooms. Continue Reading →
