One year after being named Rookie of the year, Cory Latocki has been named Realtor of The Year in Jackson MI. In addition, he has been nominated for Realtor of The Year for the entire state of Michigan for 2016.

The Realtor® of the Year Award is the greatest honor bestowed upon a Realtor® by their peers. The award recognizes a Realtor® for meritorious contributions to the advancement of their profession and the real estate community at large.

The REALTOR of the Year award is granted to a REALTOR® who has made an extraordinary effort over the past year to better their profession, serve their customers and clients and their community by demonstrating high principles and faithfulness to laws and regulations of the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and to demonstrate to the general public, by these outstanding examples, the work done by REALTORS®. The 2016 Realtor of The Year is Cory Latocki of Production Realty.

The award is primarily judged upon the nominee who has contributed most to the profession based on local, state and national association activities, ethical conduct, community service and business accomplishments over the past year.

• This year’s REALTOR®-of-the-Year has only been a member of the Association for 3 year’s but has already made a positive impact.  
• This person continually attends MR and NAR Conventions and volunteers much of their time to JAAR.  
• This person has served on the Equal Opportunity Committee.
• This person has served on the Holiday Party Task Force.
• This person has served on the Strategic Planning Committee.
• This person has served on the JMLS Board of Directors.
• This person has served on the Placemaking Task Force.
• This person has also chaired the YPN Committee.  
• This year’s recipient continually volunteers many hours of their time and talent not only to JAAR but to many organizations in the community.
