Riverwalk Plaza Hotel Demolition – December 12th, 2012
I pulled over to shoot some footage of the Riverwalk Plaza Hotel demolition in Downtown Jackson. MI. The north side of the former Riverwalk Plaza Hotel was being torn down piece by piece.

After the dilapidated Riverwalk Plaza Hotel is demolished it will not become a park or an open green space. Instead, grass seed will be planted and the lot will be put up for sale. Jackson County Administrator Michael Overton said the selling price has not been set. But, a request for qualifications has been sent to Realtor associations.” -Jackson Citizen Patriot
