At an awards ceremony that was held at the Cascades Manor House in Jackson MI, Cory Latocki was awarded Realtor Rookie Of The Year by the Jackson Area Association of REALTORS. He is very committed to the Jackson Michigan community. Cory volunteers for charities, as well as serving his association on different committees. Club Ludwig in Jackson MI Sold

The historical Club Ludwig in Jackson MI has sold to a local business owner.

Amy Gilpin of Production Realty represented the buyer of this historical night club. The new owner plans to redevelop the former site of Club Ludwig. Demolition and asbestos remediation of the building will likely cost more than than the purchase of the property.  

At the final walk through of the building, we took a few pictures of the abandoned building.
