After 33 Years, Historic Downtown Jackson Building Changes Hands
After 33 years, the historic Forner Building in Downtown Jackson Michigan has sold. The iconic building located at the corner of S Jackson St and Pearl St is at the epicenter of Downtown Jackson’s revitalization. There are several construction projects going on all around the buildings location.
Local real estate investment company, NEI Properties, purchased the building in September of 2017. The building is home to City Crepes, The Blue Julep, Evolution Hair and Skin, WHC, and a couple of residential loft apartments.
NEI Properties is owned by David and Sadie Bradley. They were represented by The Gilpin and Gaston Group from Production Realty. The Seller of the building was represented by The Brokerage House.
