Jon Ferguson Realtor Awarded Rookie of The Year 2021

Jon Ferguson, Realtor with Production Realty has been awarded Rookie of the Year for his outstanding first year in Real Estate by the Jackson Area Association of Realtors.

The 2021 Jackson Area Association of Realtors Awards Reception was held at Veritas Restaurant in Downtown Jackson Michigan on Thursday May 6th 2021.

2021 Rookie of the Year
The Rookie-of-the-Year award is granted to a first-year real estate licensee and first year Association member who has closed at least $1,000,000 in sales in their first anniversary year, actively served on an Association committee and has been involved in the community.
This year’s Rookie-of-the-Year closed over $1,000,000 in sales their first year in the business. They have been actively involved with JAAR committees serving on the Standard Forms Committee and the Community Involvement Committee. This person participates in numerous community events such as the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation of jackson, the Hackett Automobile Museum Committee, the Hot Rod Elves, the Mongoose Club Fundraiser for the John George Home, serves as the Sponsorship Chair of the Jackson Walk to End Alzheimer’s and the President of Aerie #612 of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, serves the community through a number of charitable causes via his Officership as a Freemason, and is a Staff Officer in the US Coast Guard, among other community involvement activities. They also took initiative to immediately help the Jackson community at the beginning of the pandemic as Co-Chair of Production Realty’s COVID Lunch Program.
