Dear Buyer,

We have owned this home at 1412 N. Waterloo for six years now.  We love our home because it is very warm and inviting.  It allows for our family to be close, and we love the walkout basement – it’s great for entertaining! We started our family here; it’s been a perfect home for us.

This location is great because it’s so close to all the restaurants, shopping and parks.  It’s a very quiet location, yet we can be downtown in minutes.

We are selling because our family is growing and we need to find a home with more space for our growing children.

We are going to miss this home very much. It’s full of special memories – it’s where our boys took their first steps! We will miss the many nights on the back porch.  This is where we started our family.
