Production Realty Celebrates 17th Annual Earth Day Block Cleanup, Honoring the Legacy of Bart Bradley
Jackson, Michigan — In celebration of Earth Day, Production Realty proudly hosted its 17th Annual Earth Day Block Cleanup, continuing a long-standing tradition of community pride, service, and remembrance.

Each year, agents and staff step away from their desks and into the streets of downtown Jackson to give back to the community they serve. This year’s cleanup effort included clearing sidewalks, curbs, and parking lots, as well as repainting local fire hydrants—small details that make a big impact on the look and feel of the neighborhood.

“This event is one of the simplest and most meaningful things we do all year,” said Ben Latocki, owner and broker of Production Realty. “It’s about taking pride in our city, showing up for our community, and setting the tone for what it means to be a ProAgent.”

While the cleanup effort continues to grow each year, it also serves as a time to reflect and honor the memory of one of the company’s most beloved agents, Bart Bradley. Known for his energy, generosity, and deep connection to the community, Bart was a passionate supporter of the Earth Day Cleanup and played a key role in its early years.
“Bart loved this event,” Latocki added. “He believed in showing up, rolling up your sleeves, and making a difference right where you are. We think about him every year when we do this, and it’s a great way to carry on that spirit.”

Now in its 17th year, the Earth Day Block Cleanup has become a cornerstone tradition for Production Realty—bringing agents together not just as real estate professionals, but as neighbors invested in the long-term success and beauty of downtown Jackson.
As Production Realty continues to grow, events like the Earth Day Cleanup reinforce the company’s commitment to community involvement and its belief that great real estate professionals don’t just sell homes—they help build stronger communities.
